NYYNE ("NYYNE", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it is handled, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), or a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
- Wallet data: your public blockchain address and signed login messages. We never receive or store private keys.
- Order data: items purchased, billing and shipping address, GSTIN (if supplied), phone number, order and payment history, and tax invoices.
- Payment data: processed directly by Razorpay, Stripe or the blockchain network. We receive only a transaction reference and status — never your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
- Brief data: artwork, logos and requirements you upload when requesting a custom launch box quotation.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed and basic usage analytics, collected via cookies and local storage (for example, your cart and currency preference).
2. How we use it
- To process orders, collect payment, issue GST invoices, ship products and provide customer support.
- To run your account, loyalty balance, token-gated access and collectibles.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, password resets, quotation replies). We send marketing messages only with your consent and you may opt out at any time.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access, and to meet legal and tax obligations (for example, retaining invoices for the period required under GST law).
- To improve the site and our products using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
3. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who need it to perform services for us — payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe), courier partners, cloud hosting and email delivery providers, and AI drafting tools used to prepare quotation replies (the content you submit in a brief may be processed to draft a response). These providers are bound to use data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law, court order or a government authority.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, your preferred display currency and recently viewed items. You can clear these through your browser settings; some features may stop working as a result.
5. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for at least 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Brief artwork is retained for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterwards for reorders unless you ask us to delete it.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate a representative, by writing to the email on our Contact page. We will respond within the timelines prescribed by law. Deletion requests cannot override our obligation to retain tax and payment records.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access-controlled infrastructure and reputable payment processors. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials and wallet and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Children
The site is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
